Glenn joined the firm in 1975, became a shareholder in 1989 and currently serves as the managing shareholder of the firm. Glenn’s practice is concentrated in the areas of accounting and auditing, taxation, and consulting. He has extensive experience over the past 40 years working with closely-held businesses and individuals providing business consulting, tax planning, trust and estate planning services. His primary focus areas are estates and trusts, wholesale/retail trade, real estate and construction.

Craig joined the firm in 1978, right out of college. He was made a shareholder in 1989. Besides holding his CPA certificate in Alabama, Craig also holds licenses to practice in Georgia and Tennessee. His work is mainly concentrated in the tax area and his primary focus includes retail/wholesale businesses, automobile dealerships, estates and trusts, and real estate.

Marty began his employment with the firm in 1989 and became a shareholder in 1997. He has extensive experience with tax and audit issues facing pass-through entities and he provides financial reporting and tax consulting for these entities in addition to providing tax planning to individuals. His primary focus areas are real estate, construction contractors, wholesale/retail trade and automobile dealerships. Besides holding his CPA certificate in Alabama, Marty also holds licenses to practice in North Carolina (certificate # 21667), Texas and Georgia.

Cindy began her accounting career at Hardman, Guess, Frost & Cummings as a receptionist in 1998 while obtaining her accounting degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She finished her bachelor’s degree in 2003 and obtained her CPA license in 2004. She joined Till, Hester, Eyer & Brown, P.C. in 2012 as a Senior Accountant. Deloris has experience in the areas of financial statement preparation, payroll taxes, sales taxes, business licenses and payroll preparation. She has extensive experience in the areas of retail, manufacturing and real estate. Deloris currently lives in Walnut Grove, AL.

Judith Jackson has been with the firm since 1980. She is a graduate of Hewitt Trussville High School in Trussville, AL. She earned her Associate degree from Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL.

Judy has experience in the areas of financial statement preparation, payroll taxes, sales taxes, business licenses and payroll preparation. She is a member of Hilldale Baptist Church. She is the Birmingham Chapter Secretary of Gold Star Wives of America, Inc. and also on the national board of directors of Gold Star Wives of America, Inc. She has two children and three grandchildren and currently lives in Center Point, AL.

Claire Owens has been with the firm since 2007. She was born in Orlando, FL and is a graduate of Thompson High School in Alabaster, AL. She obtained her B.S. in Accounting for Harding University in Arkansas.

Claire has experience in the areas of financial statement preparation, payroll taxes, sales taxes, business licenses and payroll preparation. She has extension experience in the areas of medical offices, restaurants, manufacturing and real estate. Claire currently lives in Helena, AL with her husband, Larry and they have three sons.

Annette Ryant has been with the firm since 2000. She is a native of Moundville, AL and graduated from Hale County High School.

Annette is a member of Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church. She currently lives in Fultondale, AL with her husband, Bobby, and has a daughter, Michelle and a granddaughter Avery.
